  • 1. Consultation and Temperament Test

    Contact us to check availability and schedule a tour of our facilities. Bring your pet for a free temperament test. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 713-303-3441 Don’t forget your pet’s up-to-date vaccination card

  • 2.-Arrival and Check-In

    Bring your dog along with their food, bed, blanket, and toys so they feel right at home from the very first moment. Check-in: Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Pets are not accepted after 12:00 p.m. to ensure they have enough time to adjust on their first night

  • 3.-Enjoy Your Time and Reunite

    Relax knowing your dog is having a great time. Receive daily updates with photos, and when you return, you’ll find a happy, tired pup.

We left Bruno while we were out of town for 25 days… it was hard to find a place that combined everything we were looking for: Good care, good space, good price, etc. It took us a while but finally somebody recommended Pets Tribe. When we visited the location and had them take a look of Bruno, we recognized the care that they had for all the dogs, they really pay attention to each dog’s needs. They allowed us to bring his kennel so he could still feel at home. During our trip we received pictures very often and we saw Bruno having a great time. Besides the excellent price we got for the excellent care during our trip, we were satisfied with how our dog was treated. I love to take my dog there, she seems to really like the place and when I pick her up she looks and smells amazing for weeks. All the staff is very friendly and they have good prices/promotions.
